what is authentic east coast pizza? it all starts with handmade dough using only the finest and freshest ingredients. we hand toss all our pizzas with
peel to brick baking...no screens or conveyor belts...making the crust very crispy and tender. we then top our pizza with our homemade pizza sauce using a family recipe handed down for generations. our three cheese blend tops off every pizza pie. it takes a true artist to make pizza this way! your pizza will take
15-20 minutes to make from start to finish and will have a brick oven crust.
